Digital 3D File Terms & Conditions

Digital Product Purchase Agreement

By purchasing, downloading, or accessing any digital 3D file provided by ONESIXTHJAY, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Digital Product Delivery

All digital products are delivered electronically. No physical item will be shipped unless explicitly stated in the product description.

Upon successful payment, customers will receive access to the purchased digital files through the designated delivery method.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

Once a digital file has been downloaded, accessed, emailed, transferred, or otherwise made available to the customer, no refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided.

Please ensure you have reviewed the product description carefully before purchasing.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights where applicable by law.

Unless otherwise stated, purchased digital files are licensed for personal use only.

Customers may:

Download and store the files for personal use.
Print physical copies for their own collection.
Resize or modify files for personal projects.

Customers may not:

Resell, redistribute, share, gift, or transfer the digital files.
Upload the files to file-sharing websites, cloud libraries, forums, social media, or marketplaces.
Include the files in any commercial product or service without written permission.
Claim ownership of the original digital design.

4. Commercial Use

Commercial use, production, distribution, or sale of prints created from ONESIXTHJAY digital files is strictly prohibited unless a separate written commercial licence has been granted.

For commercial licensing enquiries, please contact ONESIXTHJAY before use.

5. Intellectual Property

All digital files, designs, artwork, models, renders, and associated content remain the intellectual property of ONESIXTHJAY.

The purchase of a digital file grants a licence to use the file under these terms and does not transfer ownership or copyright.

6. File Compatibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring compatibility with their own software, printer, hardware, and workflow before purchase.

While every effort is made to provide high-quality files, ONESIXTHJAY cannot guarantee compatibility with every device, slicer, printer, or software configuration.
