- Non-Refundable Payments

Once a payment is made, it is non-refundable, and all sales are final

Due to the nature of the work, returns are not accepted. EVERYTHING IS MADE TO ORDER SO PLEASE ALLOW 4-6 WEEKS FOR SHIPPING, PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CONTACT US FOR MORE INFORMATION ABOUT THIS.

- Tampering and Modifications 

​

Any modifications, alterations, or tampering with the product after receipt will void all warranties. Modified products are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or repairs under any circumstances. If you wish to make alterations this will need to be pre approved, by ONESIXTHJAY or an approved 3rd party from ONESIXTHJAY.

- Shipping / Damaged / Lost Packages

If the package is damaged in transit, after the product leaves us we cannot be held responsible in any way, if additional insurance was purchased, we can claim back on the shipping company used for reimbursement to the amount that the shipment insured for.

for shipping that is free inland and internationally, clients are covered up to the low value shipping amount (£50). For full coverage of the product, please contact us before purchasing and we can organise and re-quote the shipping price and method for full coverage if required.

 

We are unable to issue refunds for parcels lost in transit unless additional shipping insurance was purchased at checkout.

  customers are responsible for any custom fees, import duties, and taxes that may be incurred upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authorities and must be paid by the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office for further details before making any purchases.

- Incorrect Address

​

If an item is returned due to an incorrect address, the client will be informed and have 14 days to arrange suitable re-delivery options. If re-delivery is not arranged within this period, the product will be restocked and forfeited.
